K9 Barrett – Our Police Dog
Barrett was the pride of our town — the dog who inspired everything Harlows Heroes has become.
What began as a way to thank him for his service grew into the incredible mission you see today. He didn’t just protect us — he brought us together, gave us a sense of pride, and became part of our community.
He gave us something to rally behind, to believe in, and to care about together. Creating Harlows Heroes keeps his memory alive and carries his remarkable legacy forward.

The Harlows Heroes
These dogs stood at the heart of our mission. Each one received support through Harlow’s Heroes during
their lifetime. Whether in active service, retirement, or at the end of their journey. And though they’ve
since passed, their impact continues.
Through their stories, they raised awareness. Through their needs, they revealed the gaps. And through
their lives, they helped shape the programs we continue to grow today.
Every dog here played a role in making this mission what it is. Their legacy lives on in every K-9 team we
help now and in the future. They will always be, Harlows Heroes.
